- 6 split chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoned salt substitute
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. unsweetened pure apricot preserves
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with melted margarine.

2Sprinkle with seasoned salt substitute and garlic powder.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Drain the excess fat and juice from the chicken and brush the apricot jam on each piece of chicken with a pastry brush.

5Return to the oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.

6Serves 6. Contains 288 calories, 10.7 gm. fat, 73 mg. cholesterol, 142 mg. sodium and 270 mg. potassium per serving.
