Ingredients: 1 large tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough; 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese; 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar; 1 can mandarin oranges, drained; 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained; 2 bananas, sliced; 1 qt. strawberries or cherries or peaches, fresh or frozen; 1 pkg. fruit glaze, strawberry or peach

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 qt. strawberries or cherries or peaches, fresh or frozen
1 pkg. fruit glaze, strawberry or peach

Directions

Cut cookie roll into 1/4 inch slices and cover round ungreased pizza pan. Bake per directions or until light brown on top. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Cool crust, then cover with cream cheese mixture, using all of the cheese. Add the fruit in layers, topping with the fruit that matches the glaze. Spread glaze over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
