- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts
- 1/2 Tbsp. black peppercorns
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 4 garlic cloves
Directions

1Wash chicken; set aside.

2Place peppercorns in a blender and process for several seconds.

3Add soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Pour marinade over chicken and let stand refrigerated for several hours, turning occasionally.

4Cook chicken pieces over hot coals on a grill or smoker (12 to 15 minutes on a grill or 30 to 40 minutes in a smoker).

5Turn pieces several times while cooking.
