- 1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Arrange steaks in a baking dish.

2Combine wine and next 4 ingredients; pour over steaks.

3Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.

4Remove steaks from marinade, reserving 1/4 cup marinade. Place reserved marinade in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
