  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 jar peach preserves
  • 1 bottle Russian dressing

Directions

    Shape meat into small balls.

    Place them in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or pan.

    Lightly brown them at 325°.

    Remove from oven and drain grease.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over meatballs.

    Turn oven down to about 200° and bake 30 to 45 minutes.
